In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered July 21 against Roger Lee Low of Carroll on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Low was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Anthony Donald Davis of Scranton, interference with official acts; and Brittany Louise Davis of Boone, eluding.
